Even if every ted talk has something motivational and inspiring to offer, there are specific ways that it can touch specific humans. Being a woman in my 20s, these Ted Talks were a kick in my butt and food for my mind that helped me and will help anyone who listens in different aspects of our lives and also, guide us for our optimal life.
If you manage to complete watching the playlist of Ted Talks I am sure you will gain more control of your time, understand relationships and human differences better, know your life purpose and will learn to build an impactful personality and not just appearance. Incentive enough?
Also, if you are an introvert like me, there is one for you too and trust me you will find it very uplifting.

What makes you special? by Mariana Atencio helps you embrace the difference in you and others and be human first. You don’t always have to follow the crowd if you are different or the person next to you is we should support and boost others to appreciate and embrace the differences.

How Your Brain Falls In Love by Dawn Maslar is something the generation today should learn about love. And it really is worth knowing if you think you are in love!
The Simple Cure for Loneliness by Baya Voce explains to you how and why you should connect with people intentionally. It is worth a watch and something to learn from.
How to know your life purpose in 5 minutes by Adam Leipzig helps you find your purpose in life in like 5 minutes. Crazy? I mean there can be actually many ways and tricks for you to help you know what your life actually means and what you need to follow. Some may work for a set of people but some might not. So take a look if it does help you.
Looks aren’t everything. Believe me, I’m a model. by Cameron Russell, the title says it all, doesn’t it? The people who are easily influenced by someone’s appearance and feel envious, insecure or have low self-confidence then this is a must watch for you.
The power of introverts by Susan Cain is all an introvert who has yet to understand or realize all their powers should watch. You don’t have to feel different in a negative way than your chatty easily socializing friends. You and your thoughts are as powerful (or even more powerful) than your opposite personalities.

  2. I’m embarrassed to say I’ve never listened to a Ted talk. Not that I don’t want to, I just always forget they exist. I have a half hour drive to work each way and I think this would be one of the best uses of that time. Thank you for this reminder!

  3. Such a great list! I will look into this! One TED talk that really caught my eye was the Cure for Loneliness. I was lonely for a long time but found forging connections helpful. I would like to see if this TED speaker suggested any of the things I did.
