Books are really my source of knowledge, self-development, discovery and learning different perspectives. In my process of finding myself, I want to read some books and become more mindful of life and philosophy. Reading few fictional novels are my way of escaping reality and also being able to find inspiration from amazing authors.
I am very spiritual and obviously someone who believes in living the optimum, which is what my blog is all about. I think it is so easy to lose yourself with daily encounters of life. But books bring us back to reality as much it does help us to escape it. It helps us broaden our minds. It is indeed food for the brain.
So here is a list of self-help/ self-care books that I want to read. Also, I would love to add to my list so do suggest me some more books! I would love to share some fictional novels that I want to read too in a later post.
The significance and reasons why I want to read each book are wide. Some I want to read because of the author or some because it is so much suggested by amazing admirable individuals, some that I have found simply interesting. It will so not be easy for me to compress it into one post and which is why I will be reading and then sharing my thoughts over time. Apart from certain books, I want to really read more from authors Banana Yoshimoto and Haruki Murakami.
